Therefore, you acknowledge that all posts made in these forums express the views and opinions of the respective author and not of ASMACS or the webmaster (except for entries posted by them) and hence, neither ASMACS nor the webmaster will be held liable or responsible.

Collection and use of personal data

ASMACS and its affiliated companies of the ASMACS group are committed to protecting the privacy of information we may collect from our online visitors. For your registration we will collect from you the following personal data: name, email address, IP address and your personal password.
As a user you agree that this information will be stored in a database.

As a user of our website you have to comply with the laws of Republic of India.

You also agree not to offer goods or services or solicit financial funds on our website. Doing so may lead to your being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that ASMACS and the webmaster have the right to remove edit move or close any topic at any time should they see fit.

Governing law, Jurisdiction

The laws of Republic of India will be applicable, but excluding the Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and international private law and the place of jurisdiction is Mumbai, India.
